Glen Rock topples Manchester Regional in N1G2 Tourney, 1st round

Glen Rock, NJ Harrison Wortley recorded a hat trick for third-seeded Glen Rock in a 8-2 win over 14th-seeded Manchester Regional in the first round of the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 2 Tournament in Glen Rock.

Glen Rock (13-3-2) scored four goals in the first half and another four in the second half.

Alex Kim registered a pair o

f goals and assists for Glen Rock. Drew Carlin scored a goal and tallied two assists. Lukas Damevski and Jacob Grinberg each knocked in a goal for Glen Rock. Victor Kubasek and Reuben Tishco both had assists in the win.

Emmanuel Hernandez and Matias Moran Lara each notched a goal for Manchester Regional (8-15) in the second half. Mateo Orozco had an assist in the second half.

Third-seeded Glen Rock will face off against sixth-seeded Mahwah in the quarterfinal round of the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 2 Tournament on Friday in Glen Rock. Article Link
